The new Recruitment Awareness course run by KSM Resourcing, has been approved by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and has been designed to help candidates on a journey to a new, fulfilling career. The fun and relaxed one day course explores the reality of what can be expected as a recruitment consultant. It will help candidates identify where they could fit into the industry.
The course not only provides candidates with valuable industry knowledge but helps provide them with key skills such as CV preparation and interview techniques.
In order to embark on a career in recruitment, candidates should have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong aptitude towards sales, enjoy being target driven and have a tenacious and hardworking approach, along with professional integrity.
It is likely that the candidates most likely to succeed and go on to earn very lucrative salaries in this fast paced 'sales' environment, will be educated to at least A level standard with some previous sales/customer facing experience, and be prepared to go the extra mile.

The KSM Resourcing courses cost just £50.00 which includes a buffet lunch and soft drinks throughout the day. Candidates that successfully complete the course will be provided with an REC Approved Certificate of Attendance and will have access to KSM Resourcing's varied client base. Courses are currently offered in the following areas: Warwickshire, East and West Midlands, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire but must be booked in advance.
